Insomnia, or
sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall
asleep or to stay asleep as long as desired.
Transient insomnia lasts for less than a week. It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment,
by the timing of sleep,
Memandai je. Nanti belajar doktor-doktor dulu lah nak cakap bahasa doktor kan. haha. Sedang usaha untuk reset balik masa tidur. Bukannya best sangat jadi burung hantu ni. -_-''
Caranya?? Aku akan buat badan ni penat di siang hari, jadi malam bolehla tidur. petang wajib keluar dan siram pokok ayah. :D Tidur pukul 9 ye. cukup 6 jam atau lebih sikit-sikit bangun dan jangan tidur-tidur dah. #pemikiran budak yang tak belajar perubatan# insyaAllah. Allah takkan mengubah keadaan kita kalau kita tak berusaha untuk ubah diri kita!!
some tips to help you sleep:
1- see a doctor
i wouldn't
2- take a warm bath
malam-malam sejukkk
3- listen to music
lagu yang aku dengar rock sangat kot..
4- drink warm milk
5- avoid caffeine and alcohol
6- sleep on your right side

7- physical exercise during the day

8- keep regular bedtime hours
9- if you can't sleep, get up
sungguh, betul-betul buang masa duduk atas katil terkebil-kebil sampai 3 jam
10- don't sleep in
Get up at the same time every day, even on weekends and holidays. Once
you've awakened, get up. Don't lie in bed awake, thinking about getting
up. Just do it.
11- get up earlier in the morning

12- avoid naps
13- keep your bedroom as dark as possible
